Amazon was launching a new program for members—rather member’s teens. A linked account would allow a teen to pick their own items, request approval, and get new stuff! We proposed many features that would enhance usability and learned skills for both the teens and their parents, and launched during the parentnightmare-but-teenage-dream Back To School season. Campaign ideas for a social/email/box contest were pitched, with bright colors, playful graphics, targeted messaging, snapchat filters, influencer posts, and more.
